This past weekend North Carolina was represented for the first time at the annual UPA Youth Club Championships in Blaine, MN. TYUL sponsored a boys’ team (NC All-Stars) and a girls’ team (Queen Anne’s Revenge).
In their very tough open division pool the All-Stars pulled off an upset win over Atlanta and competed well all weekend. In the girls’ division Queen Anne’s Revenge rattled off a string of upsets – losing in the finals to Seattle. Congratulations to both teams!
